Whenever I see people fucking up left turn only lanes I think of the clip of Mr. Regular driving Orlove’s bug.

In Pittsburgh today the temperature has risen from about 6 degrees at 8am to 34 by 3pm. I have a feeling the roads on my drive home is going to littered with chunks of ice falling out of people’s wheel wells and off roofs.

I may have once driven from West Virginia to Pittsburgh with 6+ inches of snow on my roof. Blame the Pittsburgh airport Enterprise for stocking my rental with a tiny scraper instead of a proper brush. Tried to clear what I could, but I didn’t even have any gloves, so there was a real limit on what I could do by hand. Most of it finally fell of at the I-79/I-376 interchange, luckily not hitting anyone.

I give some slack to bigger vans with snow on roof. It’s pretty hard to reach up there without ladders or some sort of extendable brush.

or you could open the door and stand on the van floor and or the tires, at least thats what I do. Its a mi ni van but not much taller than that one. others, with the walk in rears, ok, but its still pretty unsafe to leave it
